About The Process
In this season of transition, the church has the opportunity to clarify its mission and values. A Strategic Visioning Team of 10 people representing all ministries of the church has been put in place, this team serves as a non-anxious, discerning presence in this time period. The team will begin by addressing the recommend updates to Ministry Architects’ report and track and troubleshoot the implementation of the timeline in consultation with the pastor and Ministry Architects’ team.
