A Christmas Concert featuring choir, organ, brass, & percussion that celebrates the joyous ecstasy of the Christmas season. The ancient Latin chant that announced the arrival of Christmas “Hodie, Christus natus est” translated as “Today, Christ is born” inspires this program that features new works and traditional favorites that are sure to put you in the Christmas spirit. Come experience imaginative music by composers such as Willcocks, Stroope, Forrest, & Clausen.

Tim Brumfield is an internationally renowned organist, member of the Grammy award winning Paul Winter Consort, & previously the Cathedral Organist at the world’s largest gothic cathedral, St. John the Divine in NYC. His performance will include classic favorites and his famous signature improvisations, often including audience requests.

The Requiem text is an ancient Latin funeral text that beautifully captures the human experience of life & loss. This meditative program features the Duruflé Requiem & other works by Tarik O’Regan & Fred Gramann.
