Service at 7:30pm in the Sanctuary - Tenebrae Service.

Good Friday: April 7th
Service at 12pm in the Sanctuary, with lunch to follow at 12:30pm.

Easter Sunday Worship Services - April 9th
8:00am: Sunrise service in Colee Hammock Park
9:30am: Contemporary service in Fellowship Hall
11:00am: Traditional service in the Sanctuary

Community & Outreach

Cathedral Choir Concert - Free Admission
March 26th at 7pm
Join us for an imaginative Lenten concert experience entitled “No Greater Love” for choir and string orchestra that will transport you into an ethereal soundscape. This meditative program features Five Mystical Songs by Ralph Vaughan Williams and other selections by Dan Forrest, Elaine Hagenberg, & Howard Goodall to awaken the spirit and soothe the soul.

Family Concert - Mr. Verdi Goes to the Opera
April 1st at 11am
Join the Master Chorale for a child-friendly program that takes a fun look at opera. You’ll be treated to arias and stories from some of the world’s favorite operas and hear from professional opera singers who sing for a living. Presented by the Master Chorale of South Florida. Labyrinth Walk
Beginning April 4th
This is a great opportunity for contemplation, meditation, illumination, prayer, and personal growth. At the beginning of the Lenten season, we hear a lot of folks talk about what they’re going to give up, but the walk provides us with so much to gain! The walk will be available in the Fellowship Hall on the following dates: April 4th from 11:00am - 2:00 pm & 5:00 - 7:00 pm, April 5th- 6th from 11:00am - 2:00 pm & 5:00 - 8:00 pm and April 7th from 11:00 am - 1:30 pm.

555 Fellowship at Wild Sea (Riverside Hotel) - will not meet April 6th
Join us at 5:55pm the first Thursday of each month for a night of fun and fellowship at Wild Sea Restaurant (Riverside Hotel) off of Las Olas. All are welcomed!

Easter Egg Hunt
April 8th 11:00am - 1:00pm
Join us for Easter Egg hunt fun in Colee Hammock Park. Come hungry, Hoppy Meals will be available! Filled eggs are needed because you can never have too many eggs! There will be a basket in the entrance of the Neumann Center or they can be dropped off at the front desk. No chocolate or peanuts please.

Middle School/High School Youth Groups
Middle School and High School youth group meets weekly at The Harbor. This is a time for students to deepen and explore their faith and build community with their peers Middle School Youth Group & Chapel Singers - Friday’s at The Harbor & Choir Room: Fridays from 4:00 – 7:30pm. High School Youth Group & Kirk Singers - Sunday’s at The Harbor & Choir Room Sundays from 4:00 – 8:00pm.

Parents Night Out
1 & 3rd Friday of every month, from 5:00 - 8:00pm Enjoy a date night on Las Olas and leave the babysitting to us! Cost is $35 one child $55 family max (ages PreK 3-5th grade) *includes dinner. Spots are limited and reservations must be made on our App or online one week in advance. *Child must be potty-trained. *Dates are subject to change. Cheer Camp Registration is Open!

Church Office Volunteers Needed
Become an office volunteer! We are in need of volunteers to help cover the front office on Tuesdays mornings, from 9am to 11am. Duties include answering the phone and welcoming our guests through the front office doors. If you are interested, please contact the church office at 954-462-6200. Thanks!

Volunteers Needed for the Audio/Video team!
Want the best seat on Sunday mornings? Get involved with the audio/video ministry here at First Pres. We will train you! In a short period of time, you could be working in the sound booth. Ongoing Education Classes

  • Men's Morning Bible Study at 8:00am: Meet weekly with other men to discuss scripture text and how to apply it to our everyday lives. For more information contact Mona Petersen.
  • Pastor’s Bible Study and Lunch: Join Pastor Patrick Wrisley and other men for lunch and a Bible study in the Neumann Center Library on Thursdays at noon. We will meet in the hybrid format: in person and via Zoom.

  • Wednesday Night LIVE (WNL) Dinner: Fellowship Hall / 5:30pm. Adults: $10 / Students: $5 / Children five and under free. Register and pay on the church app or visit There will be no WNL! dinner or ministries on Wedneday April 5th in observance of Holy Week.
  • Lent Experience: Lent in Plain Sight:  Wednesdays  @ 6:30pm. Held in Fellowship Hall. Connect with Mona Petersen,
  • Parents Connect: - Evenings. An opportunity for parents to come together for community and fun! Enjoy a delicious family dinner prepared by our Chef Phil, then take some time to engage in activities just for you while your kids are in Good Game Wednesday, Homework Huddle, or Childcare for your youngest!
  • Good Game Wednesday’s: in the Family Campus: 5:30 - 7:30pm Middle & High School students are welcome to join us to learn new sports, experience healthy competition and work on sportsmanlike conduct.
