"Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young.
Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity."

College Ministry
The College Ministry at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Lauderdale serves both college students and their families through faith development, pastoral care, and fellowship. Our goal is to provide care and love while continuing to reach out to our students as they journey outside our safe harbor and the Broward County borders.
Known as “The Port” the College Ministry maintains a connection with students who leave the Fort Lauderdale community to go away to school and those who remain local. With more than 80 students attending schools around the nation, the College Ministry remains engaged with them and lets them know that they are cared for by their church family. College ministry has an annual road trip where we visit our students and bring them care packages. We also host Christmas and Summer gatherings for students and quarterly parent socials.
